Daily Prayer

TODAY I WILL KEEP MY LORD CLOSE AT HEART.

DEAR LORD,

Thank you for being there for me as I pour out my heart to you. I know that you will listen and understand like no one else. You know my heart and you can read my mind. You know me fully and see my struggles. I cannot hide my thoughts from you even if I try.

Today I want to ask you to help me be more faithful. I have doubted at times because I have not looked at the promise but have only focused on my circumstances. You have encouraged me to stay faithful even when I do not yet see what you have promised me.

I want to please you and will try by my words and my actions. You have encouraged me to keep the faith no matter what and I will do that as you desire. These days ahead bring great promise when I keep abiding by staying connected to you. Thank you for helping me to see what you have promised me as I keep you close to my heart!
