IS HOPE POSSIBLE THROUGH YOUR SUFFERING?

We all have experienced suffering in this life. We will continue to struggle and suffer when we make unwise choices. And we suffer when things that are not our fault happen to us in this sinful world where we live. Even people will hurt us and cause us to suffer. But take heart knowing that our God will take that suffering and turn it around for hope. Yes, when we struggle, there is still hope. Our hope can be found in the living God who makes all things new! He will transform our hearts and renew our minds when we turn toward our anchor of hope!

Are you struggling with pain? Is your suffering so real that you are not sure if you can make it any longer? Are you so hurt that you have lost your hope? Turn around from the pain and seek the mighty hand of God to restore you! You will rejoice when you let God work it all out for you and see His plan unfold. Surrender all of your hurt for His fresh hope and cling to His promise in ROMANS 5:3-4,

“REJOICE IN OUR SUFFERINGS,KNOWING THAT SUFFERING PRODUCES ENDURANCE, AND ENDURANCE PRODUCES CHARACTER, AND CHARACTER PRODUCES HOPE.”

Yes, the sufferings you are experiencing will produce endurance and character that will help you grow fresh faith which leads to hope. Keep your faith even when you cannot see. When you walk by faith, you will find that you can cling to greater hope found only in Jesus Christ!

Dear Lord,

Struggles are real in this life. Only You, without sin, know what it is like to suffer death on the cross for the sins of all. You defeated death which has given all of us new life! As I struggle, I will remember what You did for me and cling to the hope that is found in You. Thank You for touching my heart with Your redeeming love and renewed hope. I can rejoice in this struggle only because my faith is alive in You and Your promises are real and have given me greater hope. I will set my hope on my living God who has come to bring me back to life!
