IS YOUR HEART HEAVY WITH TROUBLES?

We all have times of trouble and heartache. We will have moments where our strength is gone and our hearts are filled with sadness. But, we still have good news in these times. We can let our hearts be filled with praise because we have a rescuer and a rock of hope, Jesus Christ, when we face troubled times! Our Lord makes a way for us when we pray. He does not want our hearts to be troubled, but wants us to find our refuge and strength in Him! He will help us overcome to go on!

Are you hurting today because you miss loved ones who are not here with you? Is your heart heavy with burdens and you feel sadness overwhelm you? Do you need strength to overcome your heartache? Let the Lord give you hope once again! Soak up His words of comfort in PSALM 46:1,

“GOD IS OUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH, A VERY PRESENT HELP IN TROUBLE.”

Turn to God for help! The Lord knows what you are facing and sees into your heart. He will comfort you with His love and help you overcome your sadness. He will rescue you from the pain when you let Him shield you with His protection and provision. He will fill your emptiness with fullness of joy!

Dear Lord,

I am praising You today for giving me strength and fullness of joy! You are my rock of refuge and shield of protection. I know that my loved ones are with You in heaven today and that brings me comfort and hope in this time where I miss them. I believe in You and Your saving grace! Thank You for being a very present help to me in times where my heart is troubled. Only You can take away all my sadness and wipe away my tears with songs of thanksgiving and praise! I praise Your Holy name with a Hallelujah!
