Pray this prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I will give You all my cares and concerns because You want to take them from me. You have peace for me and want me to let go of worry and restlessness. I will say goodbye to anxiety and hello to new peace that will touch my soul. As I cast everything to You, You will calm my anxious heart once again. I am sorry that I keep taking back all those things that I gave to You once before. I need to let go once and for all. Lord, help me to be free from all that is weighing me down! I praise You for Your rock of refuge that brings me freedom and peace!
