Daily Prayer

DEAR LORD,

When I am heartbroken and the tears keep flowing, I will cling tighter to you and rest in your arms. I know that you are rebuilding and restoring me for greater joy that lies ahead. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning. I am so grateful for your joy that fills my broken heart!

I will cling to you and look to the light of your love for me. These promises are real and new every morning. As I look to you, I feel the greater joy even in the struggles and disappointments. How great is your faithfulness to me!

Your bright light of hope awakens my longing soul. My heart is made new in your love as it beats stronger to songs of praise and worship to you, my living GOD. My tears disappear and turn to laughter as I know there is always hope. I will find more joy today as I give my whole heart to you!
