Daily Prayer

TODAY I WILL OBEY AND WAIT UPON MY LORD WHO HAS GREAT AND MIGHTY POWER.

DEAR LORD,

Thank you for being a strong presence in my life all day long as I faithfully follow you. My faith will bring me closer to you as I trust you in all that I do. I will sing your praises as I discover that there is no other but you who save me from my sins. Yes, you are the one who is not done showing me that you are real in my life.

You are a real presence in me and because of your grace I can see what a difference you have made in me. Your grace has saved me and brought me out into the deep where you keep me afloat as I get out of my boat and into yours. I will not sink as I think of your love and grace that saves and thus I will trust and obey even when there seems to be no way!

You are so powerful that even the wind and ocean obey you as you open your hands to the heavens and command it to be. I can see how you much you love me and I do believe in all you have promised me today and forevermore!
