Instead of holding on to stress and anxiety, give your worries to the Lord and He will help you!

“Cast your burden on the Lord and he will sustain you.”

Psalm 55:22

Dear Heavenly Father,

I will cast all my cares onto You so that You can sustain me. I have been carrying these burdens too long and it is time to surrender all to You. All I need to do is to let go and You will take them from me. Why do I keep holding on? What am I afraid of? Today I lift my prayers up to You for bolder faith. Help me to be strong and courageous and let go of all my worries. It is time to make a difference for You as I let my faith rise above my fretting. You will elevate me with hope and strength as I put my trust in You and surrender all once and for all!
