Daily Prayer

“Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.”

James 4:8

Dear Heavenly Father,

You are so close as I draw nearer to You. I will keep reading and praying Your Word to hear Your voice. Help me to see what You want me to see as I look closer. I am eagerly watching and waiting upon You with my heart wide open. It is so freeing to have a relationship with You. I will listen and obey with anticipated hope so I can hear You speak truth to me. I will open my eyes so I can see the needs around me that You are showing me. Your presence is alive inside me because You are so close and I have made the choice to be Yours.
