Daily Prayer

“On him we have set our hope, that he will deliver us again.”

2 Corinthians 1:10

Dear Heavenly Father,

I have set my hope on You that You will deliver me again. You have brought me to the other side of the storm before and surely You will do it again! My hope is firmly set on You and I love knowing that You alone are my anchor of hope. I will cling tighter to You and pay attention to Your loving voice of truth. Time and time again You pour Your love over me and comfort me. Even in the darkest moments, I see hope that is growing in Your light. I refuse to be discouraged and I will not be afraid. I will trust You to bring me to a place of joy because greater things are ahead for me if I will trust You to bring me there. I will obey You and wait for Your timing. You know how everything will turn out and I am grateful for these days where I can draw into You and give You more of me. Your joy is my strength now and forevermore!
