Daily Prayer

“Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you.”

Psalm 55:22

Dear Heavenly Father,

You will take all my burdens as I cast them upon You. You carried them all when You died for my sins. I am praising You for giving me hope once again when all seemed hopeless. I need not fear when You are here with me. I am hopeful for what You will do for me as I center my life in Your love and cast all my cares upon You. I am certain for what You have promised and my hope has been found in You. Your loving arms and Your living Word and Spirit comfort me. As I pray today, I fall on my knees and come humbly before You asking for You to reach down and touch all of us with Your love. Our world is broken and divided and we need to come together in unity and peace. Your grace has saved us and Your peace will reign in us as we open our hearts and let You work in and through us. I know that You will sustain us as You have promised. Thank You for bringing us hope once again!
