Daily Prayer

“Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.”

Psalm 37:4

What do you hope for? What is the desire of your heart? Tell God and ask Him to show you His perfect will for you. When you delight in the Lord, your desires will be in one accord with what He wants for you. He only wants good for you. He will show you His way when you devote yourself to Him.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for giving me the desires of my heart as I delight in You. I know the more I seek You, the more I will find Your desires for me. As I get closer to You, I will be full of new life. My faith grows with every step I take with You. As I trust You more and more, I will see what You have promised me come true. I am living a new life in You. This life of peace is possible as I cling tightly to You, my Prince of Peace.
