“We have this hope as an anchor for our lives, safe and secure.”

Hebrews 6:19

Dear Heavenly Father,

I am placing my faith in You and setting my heart on You. I will experience the intimacy with You that You intended for me as I seek more of You. My heart was made to be one with You. Thank You for being the anchor of my soul that keeps me steady and strong throughout my life. You will give me security and safety as I place my hope in You. Your peace stabilizes my heart in this world of constant ups and downs. I will anchor my heart firmly to You and be thankful for this peace You have given me that is mine to cultivate. This anchoring and guiding peace is already in me as a divine gift given at the moment of salvation. The only one who can truly satisfy the human heart is the ONE who made it. You are the King of my heart and anchor of my soul now and forevermore!
