Daily Prayer

“Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Matthew 11:29-30

Be yoked to Jesus! He will give you the rest and comfort that you need. Only Jesus can fill the empty places in your soul. He is your hiding place and your refuge from trouble. He is calling you to cast off your burdens and come nearer. Make Him the center of your life and see how He changes you!

Dear Heavenly Father,

Oh how I need You! I have been carrying these burdens and I know it is time to let them go so You can revive me! You do listen as I cry out. You do comfort me as I wait. I have strength from the power of the Holy Spirit coming alive in me as I simply surrender. Oh how sweet it is to be unconditionally loved by You!
