Daily Prayer

“For the Lord God is a sun and shield;

the Lord bestows favor and honor.

No good thing does he withhold

from those who walk uprightly.”

Psalm 84:11

Dear Heavenly Father,

You are a sun and shield to us. We feel the warmth of Your love as we rest in Your presence. We know the security that exists when we are close to You. We need You Lord to touch our lives with Your hope. We are rejoicing in that hope that only comes from You.

Your favor shines brightly upon us as we lift You higher. We want to please You in all we do. We aim to serve You with love and kindness. We will walk with the Spirit guiding our every thought and action so that we can make the right choices that honor You.
