Daily Prayer

“God is light and there is no darkness in him at all.”

1 John 1:5

Dear Heavenly Father,

In You, I see the light! There is no darkness where You dwell. I see the light of Your love as I press on with joy. Truth reigns with You. I have no fear with You near. I will walk with courage on the lighted path with You. I see the way You want me to go as I follow the light. I will listen and obey Your truth so You can enlighten me. Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light unto my path. I am encouraged and blessed to be in the light. I am Yours, my Lord. What joy I have as You light up my life!
