Daily Prayer

“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”

Psalm 27:1

Dear Heavenly Father,

You are my light and my salvation, O Lord! I will not be afraid and I will not fear because You are near. You have given me hope again and again as I have trusted You with my whole heart. I will let Your light shine on me and warm all the places of my heart. I will keep close to You as You desire so You can do Your work in and through me. Fear has no place in or around me as I cling to You. I can do all things through You who strengthens me! The light shines brightest when You show Your glory! I see the light!
