Daily Prayer

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you.”

1 Peter 5:6

Dear Heavenly Father,

Lord thank You for helping us as we pray. We know that we must humble ourselves before You and come to Your throne of grace to receive all You have for us. Give us courage to keep going and strength to press on when difficulties set in. These days are challenging, but You O Lord are a light to our path and a very present help in trouble. We will make You our refuge as we worship You. We will listen as You speak and let go as You carry us. We surrender, coming closer to Your love and grace. We exalt You O Lord! Praise be to God our Father!
