Daily Prayer

“Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”

Ephesians 5:14

Dear Heavenly Father,

I will arise and wake up to the morning with anticipation. I know You are going to do new things in me as I trust You and rise up once again. I have been praying for more strength and courage so I can run and not be weary and walk and not faint. I will grow my faith as I let You fill me with new life. I am in need of a new spark of inspiration and direction. I will continue on the path where You lead me with increased desire and determination with Your Spirit in me. I will be encouraged and enlightened as I stay awakened and close to You! Shine on me, O Lord!
