Daily Prayer

“Delight in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.”

Psalm 37:4

Dear Heavenly Father,

Oh how we love You, Lord! Thank You for loving us! As we lean on You, we are full of hope. As we delight in You, there is fullness of great joy. As we trust You, there is perfect peace. All of these gifts are available in You, as You promise. All we need to do is to say yes to Your love and accept Your grace so lavishly poured over us. You are able, but are we believing? Do we have faith? We need You, Lord! Help our faith to be bigger than our fear. As we delight more in You, our desires become Yours. As we give You our hearts, we will be blessed by Your abundant love and our faith will surely grow deeper. Thank You for all Your promises and the glorious gift of our salvation through Jesus Christ!
