Pray this prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

It is so comforting knowing that You are praying for me. You know my burdens and will carry them for me. Thank You for giving me peace. I can rest in Your arms knowing that You are there. It is refreshing to my soul to be able to come to You. Thank You for helping me in these difficult times. I do trust You and will make every effort to find my needed strength in You, my rock and refuge.
