PRAYER OF STRENGTH

Pray this promise:

“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?

The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”

Psalm 27:1

Pray this prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I will not be afraid because You are near to me. You are the stronghold of my life so I will not let fear that tries to creep up stop me from pursuing You wholeheartedly. I know You have promised to be with me as I draw closer to Your light. Help me to walk by faith even in the hard times instead of worrying about my challenges. I am fearless because You are by my side! Help me to run this race set before me with determination, courage and strength! I will run to You, Lord, the Author of my life and Keeper of my soul!
