PRAYER OF PURPOSE

Pray this promise:

“He must increase, but I must decrease.”

Pray this prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I know You want me to put You first so that You may increase in me. Your joy will grow deeply inside of me as I let go of self and let You direct my steps. As I commit my way to You, I know You will act. As I lean in closer, the desires of my heart become clearer. First of all, I will want to grow my relationship with You, my Lord. You will increase as I let go and decrease. You will be my first thought and my whole portion. As I lean on You, I will find healing and wholeness because You promise to give me strength as I trust You more. I will seek after You, my Lord, with a devoted and joyful heart so that I can be enlightened with hope!
