ARE YOU FEELING DEFEATED?

The Lord wants to defend you, so come out of your defeat. When you need help, He will be a shield of strength and protection about you and the lifter of your head. He lifts you up to come closer to His love. You are more than a conqueror when Jesus is glorified in you! Talk to Him about what is burdening you. Focus on the hope in the promises of God. Let Him fight this battle you are facing! Have you been letting your problems overcome you instead of clinging to God’s promises? Trust God and see that He is there for you. There is hope in all the promises of God. Write them on your heart and believe!

Dear Lord,

Thank You for lifting me up with Your promises that give me hope! Your shield about me keeps me from being defeated, depressed and discouraged. I know that You will help me fight this battle raging on around me. I do not have to let the problems consume me because there is always hope when I cling tighter to You! I will be still and silent before You so that You can show me the way. Your way leads to righteousness and Your path is full of promise!
