DO YOU WALK BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT?

God wants us to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith. We have faith as we make Jesus our Lord. We live by faith as we trust and obey God in all circumstances even when we cannot see. As we walk by faith and not by sight, God can do mighty things in and through us! Jesus Christ lives in us to give us the faith we need. He works mightily in us as we walk and live by the Holy Spirit inside of us. Has the Spirit inside of you touched you in such a way that you are saturated with His love and filled with His power? Have you been made new in Christ as you live out what you believe by faith? Examine your heart and pray about whether you are walking by faith or just by sight.

“EXAMINE YOURSELVES TO SEE WHETHER YOU ARE IN THE FAITH. TEST YOURSELVES. OR DO YOU NOT REALIZE THIS ABOUT YOURSELVES, THAT JESUS CHRIST IS IN YOU?”

2 CORINTHIANS 13:5

Dear Lord,

Thank You for living in me. I am waking by faith as I live with Your power guiding and teaching me all things. As I listen, You reveal truth. As I trust, You show me the way. As I obey, You open the door to more faith. As I work for You, I am filled with utmost joy and Your perfect peace. As I examine myself, I see that my faith is still growing. I am clinging tighter each moment to my faith in You and not relying on my sight. As I activate the power of the Holy Spirit in me, You will show me the way to go and give me greater hope, joy and peace! I will listen, trust, and obey You as I work and live with Your power and presence in me!
