WHY ARE YOU AFRAID?

God is your light and your salvation. He is the light that will open your eyes to see in the dark. He is the truth and the way to hope. When you are afraid, God will help you out of the dark and into the light to show you the way. There is no fear with Christ in you because nothing can come between you and His light of hope. His light brings peace in you even when darkness is surrounding you. Have you drawn to fear or faith? Fear is the opposite of faith. When you are afraid, you will make decisions that are not in the will of God. But when you have faith, your fear will disappear as you let the power of God work mightily in you. Faith or fear? Which will you let rule in you?

“THE LORD IS MY LIGHT AND MY SALVATION, WHOM SHALL I FEAR?”

PSALM 27:1

Dear Lord,

My faith in You has given me hope. I see Your light as I draw closer to You. There is no need to fear when I put my trust in You. Even when I cannot see, You will open my eyes to the truth in love. With You, there is nothing to fear because I have perfect peace in Your presence. I am stronger with You now that I see! Thank You for opening my eyes and helping me navigate the darkness around me with Your light. I am putting faith over fear to see Your light!
