DO YOU NEED REST?

When we are weary and burdened, we will live in a state of distress and anxiety. We try to keep going in this state of chaos because this world tells us to keep running no matter what. But the Lord Jesus tells us to slow down and find our rest in Him. He will give us the rest we need when we call upon Him. Take heart when the troubles of the world are weighing you down because the Lord will take your burdens and be your rock of refuge and strength!

FIND YOUR REST IN JESUS!

Are you still distracted and too busy to be still? Is your heart heavy with so many burdens that are weighing heavily on you? Take heart and turn toward the Lord to find the rest you need. In this time of unrest, there is hope and His name is Jesus! Spend time being present in His presence! He will give you the rest you need and the comfort you desire. Only Jesus can shield you from distress. Come to Him in your weariness and find all you need in Him!

FIND YOUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH IN JESUS.

Dear Lord,

I am weary and tired of trying to carry all my burdens alone. You have promised to take them and give me rest and refuge. I will give You my burdens and take Your yoke of strength and power. Thank You for helping me find all I need in You! I am finally still in Your presence, Lord and praising You for being my hope and peace!
