ARE YOU HAVING TROUBLE SLEEPING?

God wants us to rest. He sees us struggling and restless and has offered us His peace when we press into Him. When we lie down to sleep, He is with us. When we are wide awake, He is with us. Our Lord is watching over us. He will calm our fears and help us when we are worried and anxious. Dwell in the shelter of the Lord and find your rest in His loving arms!

GOD IS WATCHING OVER YOU.

Are you too worried to pray? Have you had trouble praying because you do not have the words to pray? God will comfort your soul and help you sleep as you come to Him. When you are restless, God will give you peace. When you are hopeless, God will give you courage. When you are struggling, God will give you strength. Peace, courage and strength are yours with Christ! Take them and run to the Father again and again. He will make you dwell securely as you rest in Him.

GOD WILL GIVE YOU PEACE, COURAGE, AND STRENGTH.

Dear Lord,

I will find my security and rest as I press into You. I lift up my prayers to You and ask You to strengthen me. I am certain that You will help me sleep when I take my focus off my problems and start pressing into Your peace. As I breathe in Your Spirit, I can let go of my problems so that You will handle everything. I have been holding on to things that I cannot change. Only You can do what is impossible with man. I am letting go and trusting You to take care of me as I rest in Your dwelling place.

“IN PEACE I WILL BOTH LIE DOWN AND SLEEP; FOR YOU ALONE, O LORD, MAKE ME DWELL IN SAFETY.”
