WHY ARE YOU AFRAID OF THE BAD NEWS?

We live in a world that gives us bad news. We hear about the fear of what could happen and our hearts are heavy with all the uncertainty that surrounds us. We are lost and will certainly be afraid without the Lord present in our lives. He wants us to trust Him in all circumstances, especially now. He is always faithful, even when our faith waivers! Cling to the good news of Christ’s love for you and set your heart on Him! He will bring sunshine and rainbows to your stormy days!

Are you clinging to the hope of Christ or to the insurmountable problems you are facing? Is fear stealing your joy or is the good news of Christ settling in your heart to bring you peace? You can have all the hope, joy and peace you need when you trust the Lord. He is real to those who put Him in the center of their lives. Let go of the worry and let the Lord in the places of your heart that need revival and restoration. Beloved, He loves you so very much and longs to be the love of your life!

Dear Lord,

Oh how we need You! This world is aching for more of Your love, hope, joy and peace. Take away the pain and pressures we are facing and restore to us the joy of our salvation so that we can be revived again! We believe in You and will worship You and not the temporal things of this world! Your Word is so true and real for us today as it comforts us. I am clinging to PSALM 112:7,

“HE IS NOT AFRAID OF BAD NEWS; HIS HEART IS FIRM, TRUSTING IN THE LORD.”

I will not be afraid. My heart is firm as I trust in You, my Lord and Savior!
