HOW CAN WE LIVE WITH MORE HOPE WHEN NEGATIVITY SURROUNDS US?

We hear the bad news that surrounds us and our hearts become burdened. We want to find hope, but in all the negativity around us, we can lose our hope. It is hard to find peace in a world where the negative news is at the forefront. We can get so involved with the world, that our minds become conformed to this world. When we take our focus off Jesus, our minds can shift to these other things that take our attention away from Him. But, in this world there is hope when we let Jesus transform our minds to be like His, full of love and peace! He is our way maker and promise keeper!

Are you ready to see a shift in you off the negative things to more positive thinking? Is your mind filled with distractions that are heavily weighing you down? Do you hope that you can find more positivity, but need your mind to be clear of all the clutter? Let Jesus renew your mind by shifting your attention to Him. He is calling you to a deeper relationship with Him by allowing Him to work inside your heart. He is calling you to pray, read His Word and surround yourself with like-minded people to encourage you. In ROMANS 12:2 there is direction for you as it reads,

“DO NOT BE CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD, BUT BE TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWAL OF YOUR MIND.” 

Jesus is the answer when you trust Him more than anything else. Put your faith in the one who is always faithful to you and let Him renew your mind and restore your hope!

Dear Lord,

I am seeking more of You so that I can have more hope in this world where peace does not reign. When I turn my focus to You, my mind becomes more centered on the peace that you bring. I am content when I let You work inside of me. You are the answer to my restless and burdened heart. I will seek more of You so that You can fill me with more hope! My mind and my heart are renewed when I say Yes to You, my Lord and Savior over all!
