HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED... WHAT ARE GOD’S PLANS FOR ME?

I know that You have plans for me, Lord. Your plans are for my welfare and not for evil. In you, there is great hope as my future rests in You. How can I know this plan? What is the plan You have for me? I thought I knew it, but now I am unsure if this plan is Your plan for me or is only what I want the plan to be.

There are many ways we can go, but only one way that leads to life. The way to life is through Your door which is wide open for us to enter and take the first step. You tell us that You are the way, the truth and the life. Through You, is the only way we can have a relationship with the Father. All other paths lead to dead ends. To know our plan, we must first have a close relationship to Jesus and let Him live inside us. We can hear His voice as we listen to the Holy Spirit guiding us one step at a time. Letting go of our own will and asking for guidance is the first step to knowing our plan.

Dear Lord,

With the truth from the Word in mind from Jeremiah 29:11, “FOR I KNOW THE PLANS I HAVE FOR YOU, DECLARES THE LORD, PLANS FOR WELFARE AND NOT FOR EVIL, TO GIVE YOU A FUTURE AND A HOPE”, I pray that I will keep in step with You, Lord Jesus, so I can walk in relationship with You, the Father and the Holy Spirit. I will let You live inside of me so that You can direct my mind and my heart. I will surrender my will to yours so that Your plan for me can come to life! I am hopeful for what You will show me as You want me to have a future of hope. The first part of Your plan is to have a close relationship with You. I surrender all to You, my Lord, and look forward to my new life filled with living hope as I see Your perfect plan unfold for me!
