DAILY PRAYER TO PRAY AND SHARE

DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER,

You look upon those who humble themselves before You. I come humbly before You asking for You forgive me for not always bring obedient. There are times when I do not listen to You because I choose to follow through with my own plans and not yours. I know now that only Your way leads to life!

As I pray with a humble heart, Your Spirit comes alive and grows in me. I confess that I have not always walked according to Your ways because I let other things step in. I listened to the voices of those who directed me in ways other than how You wanted.  Hear my prayers lifted up to You as I pray with a contrite spirit! 

I tremble at Your word with a  faithful heart. I will listen and obey Your voice as You share the truth. Your word, the breath of life, brings me hope. Every word is breathed out by You in love for teaching, comfort and hope. I will take to heart Your instruction and counsel as I let each word touch my heart!
